Katie began working with Atlantic Site & Marine in the Fall of 2019. She grew up in southeastern Michigan and earned her Ocean Engineering degree from Florida Tech in 2007. After graduating, she worked as a Field Engineer and Lead Estimator at Manson Construction, a dredging and marine construction company. During her time there, she worked closely with private clients and the US Army Corps of Engineers. Katie has taken on the Project Coordination and Marine Estimating at Atlantic Site and Marine. In her spare time, Katie enjoys playing beach volleyball, listen to live music, and spend time with her family. As a cancer survivor, she is heavily involved in charity work and is a founder and the volunteer executive director of Live for Today Foundation, a nonprofit that works with young adult cancer patients and survivors.
