After graduating from Georgia Southern University with a Bachelors of Science degree in Building Construction and Contracting Will moved to Atlanta to begin his professional career working for Allsouth Constructors, LLC (1998-2001) a general contractor that focuses on municipal infrastructure projects including Booster Pump Stations, Sanitary Lift Stations, and a variety of Water and Wastewater Plant upgrade projects. In order to grow his career, Will moved to Florida in 2001 and took a position as a project manager with The Haskell Company, widely viewed as an industry leader in both the Design/Build and Construction Manager at Risk delivery methods. During his fifteen-year career at Haskell, Will managed projects of up to $40mm in value, that involved complex design, construction, commissioning and turnover challenges while maintaining a high level of client satisfaction and helping to earn repeat business. Will finished his corporate career while serving as the Director of Procurement for Harry Pepper & Associates (2015-2018) which is a member of the Emcor Group, a Fortune 500 and publicly traded company. While serving as Director of Procurement, Will was involved in Heavy / Civil projects for the US Army Corp of Engineers and South Florida Water Management District. Will’s passion for heavy civil and marine-based projects lead him to Co-Found Atlantic Site & Marine, Inc. in 2018.
